1. Virtual Number Purchases
Refunds for virtual number purchases are only issued if the number fails to receive an SMS code within the allocated time. If a code is received, the transaction is considered successful and no refund will be issued.
2. Account Top-ups
- Top-ups are generally non-refundable once the balance has been credited to your account.
- In cases of duplicate payments or technical errors, please contact support within 24 hours.
- Refunds for top-ups (if approved) may be subject to processing fees from the payment gateway.
3. Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to a system error on our part, we will automatically credit your balance or initiate a refund to your original payment method.
4. Prohibited Use
No refunds will be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
